How to Cancel Your Subscription

We totally get it—sometimes you need to hit pause. Here’s how cancellation works.


🏃 TL;DR Quick Guide

  • PayPal: Settings → Billing Info → Manage in PayPal → Cancel Automatic Payments

  • Stripe: Settings → Billing Info → Cancel → Confirm

  • ✅ Access stays active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • 💌 Can’t cancel? Email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it (please allow 2–3 days to process).

 


🔹 Detailed Steps for PayPal Subscriptions

  1. Log in and click your avatar (top-right).

  2. Choose Settings.

  3. Click Billing Info (top-right).

  4. Select Manage Subscription in PayPal.

  5. Log in to PayPal when prompted.

  6. Go to Payments → Manage Automatic Payments.

  7. In the left sidebar, select our merchant name and click Cancel.

  8. Confirm: Cancel Automatic Payments.

✅ You’ll keep access until your current billing cycle ends.

 


🔹 Detailed Steps for Stripe Subscriptions

  1. Log in and click your avatar (top-right).

  2. Choose Settings.

  3. Open Billing Info.

  4. Click Cancel next to your subscription.

  5. Confirm the cancellation.

✅ You’ll keep access until the end of the current billing cycle. You can view the canceled status and end date anytime in Billing Info.

  • Canceling now = access continues until the end of your paid period.
